Hi,

How can i paint my top level widget background with desktop color.

Any suggestion.

what do you mean by desktop color? theme? wallpaper?

I mean to say platform color.

e.g open any folder in explorer and then press Ctrl + F ( which means search in this folder ).

It will have desktop color at the background on left side were the search options are displayed.

you mean the blue/green bars...? i think you have to use native api to get the color.

I guess by desktop color u mean the blue gradient which appears on the left side in windows.

Well, its just a color, and you can create it, cant you ? If only you can get the gradient values from somewhere... or you can try a little experimenting. :)
