Mac OS X and closed source apps deployment?

Hi,

can i use macdeployqt to deploy closed source applications on mac? I mean, when using this tool does the package contain the executable static linked or dynamic? Because LGPL permits only dynamic linking right?

yes you can... the tool only works on dynamic libs.. in the case of static you will not need this kind of tool :)
