Bluetooth app?

Hello everybody,
I'm completely new to Qt and I'm wondering whether it is possible to write an application, which searches for all visible bluetooth devices in range and sends them a file, if not done so previously.
I tried google, but only got some links referring to discontinued Qt Extended (don't know what is it :) ).

I would appreciate any hint or a helpful link.

Sure it's possible. But surely not with pure Qt.
