want learn c++ with qt

HI
im new to qt .I have installed qt 4.5 in windows xp sp2 with mingw .i want to develop application in qt .previously i have developed in c#.now i want to do in qt for open source
i don know how to start .and i have basic knowledge of c++ but unable to start with qt
please can any one help to start with ideas and tutorial!! any help will be highly appreciated
