Forwrad & Backward mouse movement

Dear Friends
Please tell me how would I track the forwrad mouse movement and backward mouse movement in Qt, When Right mouse button pressed and moved forward I want to zoom in and if right mouse button pressed moved backward I want zoom out.

Any idea would be appreciated !

As usually, pretend you have x and y axis. Just analyze is Xcurrent >,< or = Xprevious. The same with Y coordinate.
