Hi all.
I'm new to the forums, and fairly new to QT4.
I'm trying to install PyQT4 on my system, but keep getting an error. I've looked at this from all angles, and just can't work it out, so I'm hoping someone will be able to help me with this.
Firstly, my system;
Mac OSX 10.4.11, PPC
QT 4.5.3 Framework
Python 2.6.4
Sip 4.9.1
and trying to install PyQt 4.6.1
Secondly, the error message;
Error: Failed to determine the layout of your Qt installation. Try again using
the --verbose flag to see more detail about the problem.
I tried to post the verbose output, but I do believe I exceeded the character limit for a post =S
Anyways I go and check the places it expects to find files for QT, and they all seem to be in the right place. QT itself seems to work fine as I've messed around with QTDesigner, and that all seems fine.
Please, I'd really appreciate any help with this, as I'm totally out of ideas for what to do.
