problems loading an image .jpg

Hey,

I have a big application with a .qrc' file which contain images .bmp.
Nowadays, I have to change these images from .bmp to .png.
I do as I have done when I loaded the .bmp, but problems appears. The name of this image appear in the .qrc but the image no.
How can I solve it? Anyone know why am not seing the image?
