How easily to create independent binary in Mac OS?

I'm writing here for second time and i'm wandering that nobody knows....

I installed QT 4.6 SDK for Mac OS
i want to compile independently working binary that doesn't required that QT be installed on the system.Each regular SDK generate file like this.With QT it results impossibly hard, to manually instal QT with static libraries.. ok, if so why there is a binary SDK?If we install from it how we can do working binary of our applications?I just want to install the SDK, do the coding and receive working file....

It would be better if you said what you've tried -step by step-, what went wrong and asked for a solution.
