QfileDialog customization

Hi All,
I have one question regarding QFileDialog. i have customized it to show the sidebars which i want to show but i want to restrict the "look in" path also. Please see the snapshot attached.
I want that user should not be able to browse the directory/files other than listed in the sidebar.can i over ride this functionality as "look in" path does show the "/" path and computer.

Oh its strange that nobody on this forum has any idea about it. Even nobody is saying that its not doable? really strange.
At least tell me whether QT provide to customize it that way or not?

can u plz provide the source code for the qfile dialog (both .ccp and .h ) ...i dont mind giving it a try ...
