I load .html file in textEdit
The file contains latin and Cyrillic , the textEdit doesn't display properly the Cyrillic
in the HTML i use the following encoding
<META Http-Equiv="Content-Type" Content="text/html; charset=windows-1251">
obviously the textEdit must be set to read Cytilic, HOW?
