Problem with QtSoap installation

Hi
I used QtSoap2.7_1-opensource.

I am facing problem where it shows errors when I build a sample example given in it. Errors are related to general functions of QtSoap Classes.

Am I missing some library files as in the lib folder I see its empty

Do you have any idea what am I missing ?

When I run "configure.batch -library" for installation on QtSoap nad then do a "qmake" ..it says libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll missing ..Try reinstalling the program which i already tried twice :(

Any idea what is do be done
