lupdate.exe problem on Windows 7 (Qt 4.6.2)

I've compiled Qt 4.6.2 with Visual Studio 2005 on Windows 7. Almost everything runs and works great, except for the lupdate utility. lrelease, moc, uic, rcc, etc. all work fine. Whenever I try to run the lupdate utility, I get the following error:

"The program can't start because MSVCP80.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem"

I can't quite comprehend why lupdate is the only command line tool affected by this. Has anyone else run into this problem, and if so, how did you fix it?
