For anyone doing serious database work, I would recommend RazorSQL as a database browser and management tool. It really helps in the debug process if you can look into your tables with another tool. Also useful in testing to be able to drop tables and make sure your code re-creates them properly. Only tool I found that can do this with SQLite, but there could be others.
It's not free, but not too expensive.
