Symbian libraries

Hi,
If I have already installed complete SDK for Windows, is there any need to install also Qt libraries 4.6.2 for Symbian (200 MB) to create apps on Symbian?

Yes, you have to install them also. Look at the Qt Labs blog. There is an excellent video tutorial from Alessandro on how to set up an environment for developing S60 applications.
