Error about setup the qt-vs-addin-1.1.4.exe

i used to use the Qt4.5.1 intergrating in VS2005. then, i Integrated the Qt4.5.1 by installing qt-vs-addin-1.1.3.exe.
Now, i want to use the Qt4.6.2 intergrating in VS2008, and integrate it by installing qt-vs-addin-1.1.4.exe.
i uninstall the Qt4.5.1 and qt-vs-addin-1.1.3 and VS2005. then install the VS2008, QT 4.6.2, but when i install the qt-vs-addin-1.1.4.exe, it says "The installer has detected that a vewrsion of the Visual Studio Intergration is installed. The Add-In conflicts with the integration. Please uninstall the VS Integration before proceeding."
i make sure i execute the Standard unintall of qt-vs-addin-1.1.3.exe.

please tell me how to uninstall the qt-vs-addin-1.1.3 could make the correction installation of qt-vs-addin-1.1.4, thanks very much!
