i need pyqt resources

i am really eager to code some stuff in pyqt.but i dont know how to do what i want.:confused:
i need a documentation that includes all pyqt classes and their methods to command them.
and it is necessity that it must be downloadable and able t o load a internet -not connected
box and study it.
