Error while creating a plugin for Qt

Hi,

I am trying to compile following Qt example about creating Qt plugin on windows 7

http://doc.qt.nokia.com/4.5/tools-plugandpaint.html



And getting following linking errors even though i have made sure that it is linking to correct library.

Looking forward for any feedback.
