Porting from Qt3 to Qt4

Hi!

I am porting code from Qt3 to Qt4 and don't know how to replace the missing functions.

So, does anybody know how to replace setMicroFocusHint function,because
in Qt4 setMicroFocusHint is not a member of QWidget.

I am looking forward for your help.
