tabs promote to different main windows

I have a main window containing a custom widget that has tabs, and these tabs promote to different main windows. When I'm on promoted main window, that main window's soft keys don't show up until something on that window is clicked. And also I added actions to a promoted main window's menuBar(), I see the "options" soft key on the left, but it wouldn't open.
Can anybody help me with this please? Thanks in advance!
