Why dont see a Custom Widget Promoted ?

When run I see them, but when design not.
Any solution more than convert then to plugin ?

promoting is nothing more than to tell the designer which header to plant in the ui file.
Designer knows nothing about the class you are promoting to.
Only a plugin will allow you to see the custom widget as it paints it self.
