I've used Qt v4.6.3 with VS integrator 1.1.6. All worked fine until one day trying to open form (.ui) ifrom VS IDE I've got following MB:

Also, from "VS->About" all notes related Qt dissapeared. However, compilation of Qt projects can be performed successfully.
The only thing I've done last month - installed all latest .NET Frameworks, SPs and other updates for Windows XP from official site.
I've tried to remove all .NET frameworks, resintalled VS2005 from scratch - no results.
Google knows nothing about QtAppWrapper.
Reproduced with integrator 1.1.7 in VS 2005 and VS 2008 also.
