Hi,

my problem is that I installed recently a newer version of the Qt tools, and since then wehever I click to the form file on the sidebar the sidebar just disappears. Ok, when I click again on the "edit" (under "welcome"), it comes back (changing the view of the form from graphical to xml), but this is not how it should be. or is it from now on?

Might be intentional given that one usually does not want to waste screen real estate when using the form designer.

You talk about the sidebar that contains: Projects, Open Files, etc?

That sidebar is hidden when you use the Designer inside Creator, the reason for that decision is the one pointed by ktk (for you to have more space when designing)
//i have Creator 2.01 and this is the default behavior

hm, I'm not happy about that, why not let it be changeable? it is not used to be like that, and i liked that better, but if the case is this, than i have to accept it.
