I need make a client/server program, is ok for me, but I need use my procotol messaging.
So, there are some books/Webpage/example about how implement this feature?

There are lots of materials on protocols. I suggest you pick some standard one instead of inventing your own.

What kind of data are you sending? What is the profile of the server?

I need send and receive text, images and audio, but to start I'll need send only text. I need learn first.

How about using ftp for the protocol?
