webpage communicating to a qt apps

Hi!

i have a qtapps that manage a old foxpro db(using oledb) in my server and now, i want a webpage which is hostest in a external server to be able to communicate with this qtapp to get and add information to the db. i can't change the db tbh.

So, is there a way to do this.. is there an example somewhere i can check?
