push button icon not shows???

i m using Qt creator,i drag and drop one push button and set icon with property after select icon file,its shows in designing partbut after debug for desktop its not shows icon on push button,what can i do,need anything else to write???

How are you loading the icon??
Can u show the code?

just use design form,drag a push button and after that go to push button property and then select image in icon property.after that its shows in designing form but not shows after debug it.one more thing that i also create resource file and add img to that file.
