Viewing project size?

I've looked several times the past few days, but can't figure out how to view the number of files in my project, and the number of lines of text, or number of lines of code/whitespace/comments.

How do I do that?

I don't think its possible with QtCreator ( I could not find such option ). There are many free tools you can use to view project statistics, for example SourceMonitor (http://www.campwoodsw.com/sourcemonitor.html).
