creating designer plugin

Hi
I am looking into creating a QDesigner plugin for a custom widget
I ahve followed the customwidgetplugin example and everything builds and the dll is copied to the designer plugins folder.
However, when I run designer my widget does not appear.
I have attached the source files and my .pro file and would be grateful if someone could tell me what is wrong

Check what is says about your plugin in the Plugin Information window:
Tools -> Form Editor -> About Qt Designer plugins...

I cant see a tools menu in designer

I assumed you were using creator..
designer: Help -> About plugins
