QDial changing bacground color

I'm trying to change QDial its background color it works for red, blue, green ... but rgb(51,55,51) doesn't any effect even black DOESN'T work. is there any way to change background color ? Thanks ...

You're using stylesheets, right? It seems to work fine for me.
