I was trying to compile a new (stable) kernel and got an error when I tried "make xconfig". Googled and found that I had to install qt-devel. When I went to install, I found that installing qt-devel would require downgrading 47 packages and uninstalling 81 packages (see attatched pix). I'm using Fedora14 with KDE: why do I have to uninstall so much stuff to get qt-devel? Am I missing a step? Thanks much.
