UML With QT

I would like to generate a UML diagram from my code Qt / C + +, have you know software to get the code and therefore generate a UML diagram??

if you are using VS it has a visio plugin to generate UML Diagrams.

I think Umbrelo should have that feature:

But I think it runs only on KDE.
