I can't open the application Qt SDK Installer ...

I'm developing a application is client - server. I want to use the Qt framework for application development for the server. I'm using Mac OS 10.6.7.
I download the install on here but install error.

You can’t open the application “Qt SDK Installer” because it’s not supported on this type of Mac.

Can someone help me install QT sdk on my Mac ?

I hope you used the proper installation which matches your Mac version.
as you can go through this link carefully,

you can find out the two links

Mac OS X:

Online installer - 12 MB
Offline installer - 1.0 GB

As per you got the error i think you download the offline version and and your Mac version is not compatible with it.

Do try online installation it will not take to much time and better before to start installation it will check the compatibility for your particular Mac version.
