QtCreator memory and cpu usage

I was using ms studio 2008 for a qt project and now i started to use qtcreator..On same project there is a huge difference about usage of the ram/memory...
qtcreator is slow and it has memory handling problems...for ex: use the sliders between panels (project and src code)- move it(left right) ..its taking memory but isnt giving back..

This does not seem to be a typical pattern. Is your project somewhere publicly available so that people can try to reproduce the problem?
