hi,
I used re size event and it is smooth for Main window.But the resizing in not smooth when more frames are placed over Main window.
How to give smooth resizing when more frames are placed ?

The resizeEvent() is called after resizing. What are you doing in the resize event that makes resizing "not smooth"?

What do you mean by "more frames are placed over Main window"?
