QT Drag And Drop QTextEdit

Hi everyone,I am newbie to Qt.. I have one doubt can any one clear it? Is it possible to drag and drop QTextEdit only during run time?

when we launch or run our application,i suppose to drag and drop qtext edit editor.but am not able to fix this in my program..looking for needful help from you.please help me on this regard and let me know how can i fix this problem?
