Poppler-Qt4 compile on window

Has anyone compiled poppler library for Qt on windows. I think it's like a nightmare :( . Could somebody help me to compile it for windows. I know that i have to use cmake. but it would have a lot of errors.
Any comment is welcome

I have run into a similar issue. Even if I have succeeded to compile poppler from sources (http://laconsigna.wordpress.com/2011/07/14/compiling-poppler-on-windows/), in the end I have used poppler library and header files provided by kde for windows project (http://windows.kde.org/)
