I just picked up a couple books from Amazon that I really like (and they're a lot cheaper there than I've found in a local store). I've had a couple years' worth of experience with Qt3, but needed some good reference for Qt4:

C++ GUI Programming with Qt 4 (http://www.amazon.com/C%2B%2B-GUI-Programming-Qt-4/dp/0131872494/sr=8-1/qid=1165612270/ref=pd_bbs_1/002-9482730-9076009?ie=UTF8&s=books)

An Introduction to Design Patterns in C++ with Qt 4 (http://www.amazon.com/Introduction-Design-Patterns-Perens-Source/dp/0131879057/sr=8-2/qid=1165612270/ref=pd_bbs_2/002-9482730-9076009?ie=UTF8&s=books)
