the url that's not loading is at my side. I 'm using Qt 4.4

It works fine using Qt 4.8.0 and Qt 4.7.4.

It doesn't in Qt 4.4. Can you test it somehow? Or do you have any knowledge regarding this issue?

You are using a three year old version of Qt so I'd suggest updating to a more feature rich release.

I don't argue your suggestion, but that's all in my hand.

It seems I should have to wait for the one who uses 4.4:).

If it doesn't work for you then what's the point waiting for someone with 4.4 to confirm it doesn't work for him as well? It won't bring you closer to solving your problem. I suggest you download a newer release, compile your code against it and see if it works. It will probably take less time than waiting for someone with 4.4. Then you'll know if the problem is with Qt or your code.
