you can download Qt4 E-Book from
http://ebook-4u.ifastnet.com/c.htm
and click on
C++ GUI Programming with Qt 4 (http://rapidshare.de/files/26876760/Prentice.Hall.PTR.C.plus.plus.GUI.Programming.with .Qt.4.Jun.2006.rar.html)
I hope you are looking for this book.

One should also purchase the book itself. This supports the authors and encourages them to continue creating such works. Even if you don't need the paper book, you can treat the payment as a "gratuity" to the authors, then give it as a gift to a .NET developer. :D

C++ GUI Programming with Qt 4
by Jasmin Blanchette, Mark Summerfield
Has been quite useful for me but I'm very new to QT.

It has three sections - basic, intermediate and advanced which sounds like a good idea.
