communication between two cellphones??

I want to connect two cellphones to my laptop and I wnat them to communicate with one another through playing the same game which is displayed in my simulator . is it possible to use these two phones as players?
should i use tcp related codes in order to handle communication between them
please help me out:(

There are many possibilities. In general develop a system where your main computer will be a server and cellphones (or other devices, it doesn't really matter) will be the clients.

Depending on the type of game, i.e. real-time shoot 'em up or computer chess, you might use TCP or UDP.
