qt creator 2.5 is getting closed automatically..

When ever i am trying to add new source file or any other type of file , on clicking the type of file qt creator is getting closed automatically why??8150

While running application i am getting these messages ..

Most likely a bug.

I think it's not possible to know why it happened with the information you provided.
You can try and search the qt creator bug database to see if it is already reported.
