how to add an arrow pad to my project for a touch-based phone?

Hi guys ,
I've used QKeyEvent for my project nad it works perfectly . now that I Build it in Symbian mode it works on my touch-based mobile phone but there is no arrow keys for that.how can I add an arrow keypad to my project so that it can work for my mobile phone?
