Image re-size by re-size the from

Hello everyone, my app load with the image background, then I want to re-size the background according to the form size mean that the background image will re-size when I re-size the form.

We still don't know what you are having problems with. You don't know how to paint the background, you don't know how to resize the image, you don't like it that your app loads with an image background?
