Hello,

recently i upgraded to OpenSuse 12.2 and setup qtcreator from th erpository sytem of OpenSuse 12.2.
Again, only "xterm" works set in Option/ Environment/ Terminal.
I remember i had his problem in earlier versions of qtcreator in the past,
but it was solved in some later updates.
Now on the new qtcreator again can use only xterm.

"konsole --nofork -e" does also not work.

Is there any solution known actually ?

"installation/deployment" ?

No, not really, Qt is installed and works properly.

I would stay with 'Qt Tools' if you permit.
even "Creator" is mentioned here. Hope its 'qt-creator' and not some other creator :)

btw. any idea how to solve my real problem ?
:)

previously, only xterm was supported by qt creator. but konsole, gnome-terminal etc work in recent builds.

Thank you for reply.
"konsole -e" does not work on my version,
but "urxvt -e" does.
