How to change the size of QwtPlot with the mouse like window's widget?

Hi) I have 2 QwtPlot. I put them into the QGridlayout vertically. And I'd like to change the height of qwtPlot with the mouse. For example, I decrease the height one of them, and the second one automatically increase the height. How Can I do it?
