Qt5 don't recognize pri files !!?

is pri files not supported by Qt5 ? if not is there is any tool to convert them to be compatible with Qt 5

They work fine with Qt5.

I dont know why when import my project to vs2010 no files loaded only the root of the project i will check them again

Maybe your VS import is incorrect.

i installed both plugins for v 4 and v5 and they appear separately in vs toolbar Qt and Qt 5 respectively.!!
i dont know where is the mistake maybe confused between the two versions of Qt .
