Simple qt report engine with designer is QtRPT https://sourceforge.net/projects/qtrpt/

As for me the easiest way is to prepare HTML template and print it with QWebView. Of course, you need some wrapper but you can create any report you want and it's pretty clear to you what's going in with your report
