I'm looking for someone with knowledge in configuring Qt Creator.
I want help in configuring Qt Creator to use libcurl (setting up libs and what I need to use it).

Preffered pay method: PayPal (can use others if neccesary).

LIBS += -lcurl

Make sure you have the library installed in development version.

I don't understand what does it mean:
"Make sure you have the library installed in development version. "

My problem is explained here by me too: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/18963779/how-to-use-libcurl-on-qt-creator-with-msvc2012-as-compiler and on other 2 or 3 websites.

I got too many headaches with this problem and I want to pay to solve it and understand how it is solved.
