How can I set command tab in QTabBar?

I try to make a custom TabBar that works efficiently.
So, I hope to add a COMMAND TAB in TabBar.
COMMAND TAB always must be placed on right side of last tab. (Except the case of a sole tab)
Is there any idea or solution for that?

Just insert new tabs on an index before the last one?
