Qt assistant qdoc how to generate application help

Hi,

I would like to use Qt assistant to provide application help for the user. I saw that Qt creator is using a combination of Qt assistant and QDoc to display an generate the help files. The input are *.qdoc files in a directory doc.
As I continue to add help pages, I would like to automatically create the qhp file using qdoc. I can't get it to work. Have anyone use qdoc and Qt assistant?
