Hi all,
Question is simple, it's about that :

Does a VS 2013 version will be released ?

Given the comments on the 5.3 Alpha announcement (http://blog.qt.digia.com/blog/2014/02/27/qt-5-3-alpha-available/#comment-1192948) and that there are VS 2013 binaries of the current 5.3.0 snapshots (http://download.qt-project.org/snapshots/qt/5.3/5.3.0-beta/2014-03-12_5/) I would say there is a good chance there will be official binaries for this compiler. In any case, you can build Qt from source.
